Model Release Form | Silhouette

Would you like to apply for a model call session? As a new exciting chapter awaits us in 2023, I will be introducing new themes, ideas and props into the studio. So for this I need your help!

I am looking for a limited number of clients (2 per month) for a model call session at my studio to explore new ideas. All you have to do is enter your details for me to contact you, and who you are applying for.

As a thank you for your time you will receive three high resolution digital images, and these will be selected by yourself once your gallery is ready roughly 7 days later.

If you are selected, a £50 refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, if you fail to attend without providing 48 hrs notice of cancellation or rescheduling this deposit will be lost.

I'm super excited to be able to offer these sessions and I can't wait to create some fun, and fabulous images with you all!

If you agree to the above please fill out the fields below, and provide as much information as you can regarding who the session would be for and which month you would be available for this. (For example, if you are pregnant and want to enter the model call, please add your gestation so that I can organise which month would be suitable for you. If you are applying for your little one's first birthday please add this date (any date in 2023). If you are applying for your baby as a sitter session, please include details if they are sitting unaided, or their current age and I can decide when would be appropriate in the future for you to attend.

By signing you are agreeing that:
-This is a model call, and any ideas/creatives are directed by Silhouette Photography and not by client request.
- Silhouette Photography owns the rights to any images captured during the modelling session and holds the rights to use them online, for promotional use and for print.
-Silhouette Photography may record tasteful behind the scenes footage for the use of promotion
-Silhouette Photography will give a copy of any edited images to the model. RAW, or otherwise unedited files will not be given, and are not available.
-This is a discounted, OR free session organised by Silhouette Photography. If client does not attend a free session, or asks to reschedule a free session, this will be at the discretion of Silhouette Photography.
